"Front Running" |
Be aware that some rooms use membership to sell
into. It's called "Front Running"
How
does Front Running work? The room moderator tells everyone to get short or long
into a particular stock... generally, after they have already entered.
Once the moderator believes all who plan to enter, have
entered, the moderator gets out while the stock is still pumped up
from all the new entries, many of those from their own "stock
flock" of viewers / listeners (buying or selling, whichever the case).
Once the moderator is safely flat, the followers are
told to exit. By this time, the price has worked against the "new"
holders some, but holders can profit too. |
Stay in the "room" long enough and
you'll know who really knows what they're talking about.
